Blue came out locked in and ready to defend their title. After watching
Red go back-to-back in 2016-17, they were looking to do a little of the same. Day 1 at Spring Hollow was filled with close matches and several that went back and forth and at the end of the day Blue had built a solid lead 10.5 - 7.5, but not big enough to relax. On Day 2 at Foxchase, Red came out strong from the start, winning a couple matches early, but as the Day grew long (and HOT!) Blue weather the storm, won the day 10.5 - 6.5 and ultimately the tournament, going back-to-back for the first time in Team History.
